Mr. Blefari has more than 23 years of experience in real estate sales, development and management, from branch offices to regional and national operations.
In 2002, Mr. Blefari formed Intero Real Estate Services. In only five short years, Mr. Blefari and the executive team have built the company into one of the largest real estate brokerages in the country. In July of 2005 Intero Real Estate Services was recognized by REALTOR® Magazine as the fastest growing real estate company in the nation. REALTOR® Magazine, the official magazine of the National Association of REALTORS®, ranked Intero #1 out of the approximately 80,000 brokerages nationwide in growth of sales and transaction sides with 167.6% and 128.3% increases respectively. Currently, Intero Real Estate Services has more than 60 offices serving seven states; Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada and Texas. Recently Intero has also ventured into international markets with operations in Mexico and India. Mr. Blefari possesses a passion for mentoring and he shares his cornerstones for success with fellow real estate professionals: time management, discipline and commitment. Mr. Blefari began selling real estate in 1984 and for the next 14 years was a top-producing agent selling more than 50 homes per year. During this time, he excelled at three different positions: as an agent, a manager and a chief operating officer. As a manager at Contempo Realty in 1988, he quickly set out transforming the Cupertino office from the lowest producing branch into the company.s number one office. Soon after, Mr. Blefari was promoted Chief Operating Officer and a partner where he oversaw the daily operations of 18 Contempo offices and their respective branch managers. In 1997, Contempo Realty was purchased by NRT . a nationwide real estate brokerage company . and soon after, Mr. Blefari was named president of the new Century 21 Seville Contempo Company, operating in the Northern California region. As President, he was credited with increasing the company.s profits by 280 percent in his first year on the job, and by 2000, he had the top five offices within Century 21.s 6,300 worldwide offices. With this success, Mr. Blefari . already an award-winning REALTOR . proved his exceptional abilities as an operating officer, as well. In 2001, Mr. Blefari was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President of NRT, where he began working on a national level. In addition to his on-the-job mentoring, Mr. Blefari is a faculty member at De Anza College where he teaches real estate courses and is a former director of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Mr. Blefari has been involved in the communities where he works and lives for years. He was recognized for this involvement when he received the 2007 Achievement Award in the Business and Professional category by the Italian American Heritage Foundation. Also, in recognition of Mr. Blefari's green business practices and support, EcoBroker International awarded him the 2006 EcoBroker Community Service Award out of more than one million brokers and agents nationally.
Mr. Blefari graduated from San Jose State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He resides in Los Altos, California with his wife, Joanie, and daughters Alexandra and Lauren. In his spare time, Mr. Blefari, an avid reader, enjoys skiing, golf and weight lifting. In addition, he is an passionate gardener, raising redwood tree seedlings and donating them in order to benefit the community at large. |

As CEO of the group, Moles oversaw the Century 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, ERA® and Sotheby.s International Realty® real estate companies, which combined have more than 13,000 franchised offices and more than 262,800 brokers and agents worldwide.
In 1997, Mr. Moles was named President and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, the world.s largest residential real estate sales organization. During his tenure as President and CEO, he is credited with re-establishing and enhancing the brand.s leadership position with the introduction of its .Vision 2100. strategic plan. Under Vision 2100, the company initiated and completed the following programs: an award-winning advertising and promotions campaign, a state-of-the-art technology-based training platform, a redesigned and enhanced Web site, a new Internet-based transaction reporting system, and an improved franchise support system. Tom co-founded Intero in 2002 after managing the Cupertino branch of Century 21 Seville-Contempo/Coldwell Banker for over five years. In 1997 and 1998, Tom.s branch ranked second among the 6,500 worldwide offices within the Century 21 network. During that time, he also led the successful office merger of Century 21 Seville-Contempo with Coldwell Banker Northern California.

Mr. Blomgren.s diverse financial background and technology understanding provides him with the flexibility and knowledge to guide Intero on a variety of matters including harnessing the Internet to become an integral part of Intero.s business model. Prior to joining Intero, Mr. Blomgren was affiliated with NRT, in several capacities and served as Director of Finance for Century 21 Seville Contempo from 2000 to 2002.

He has held this position with the company since April 1, 2008. Mr. Cardwell has more than 12 years of experience within the real estate industry.
In his current position, he provides strategic legal direction and support for IRES and IFS and its business units. As general counsel, he is responsible for Intero.s legal efforts in the areas of compliance, governance, litigation and regulatory affairs.
Prior to joining Intero, Mr. Cardwell served as Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Ethics Officer, Corporate Secretary, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Realogy Corporation. Mr.Cardwell served as Senior Vice President, legal with responsibility for all Cendant Real Estate Services Division (now Realogy) matters from March 2000 until June 2006. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Cardwell served as Vice President and Legal Counsel for the Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker Commercial.
Cardwell received his Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Maryland in 1985. He received his JD Degree from American University in 1989. He was admitted to Bar in Virginia in 1989 and the District of Columbia in 1990. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and daughter. |

Mr. Piazza has more than 16 years of experience in management within the human resources, technology consulting, and freight industries.
As Vice President of Operations, his responsibilities for Intero Real Estate Services include overseeing the information technology, marketing, client services and facilities departments. His responsibilities also include directly managing Intero.s human resource department. His fiscal responsibilities for all the departments he oversees is in excess of $5 million and includes a staff of more than 10 employees.
In addition to his many duties at Intero Real Estate Services, Mr. Piazza also serves as a Director on the Intero Foundation board. The Intero Foundation is the charitable arm of Intero Real Estate Services which has given more than $1.5 million to local Bay Area charities serving children in need. In addition, he currently serves at Board Vice President for the Pacific Autism Center for Education.
Prior to joining Intero in March of 2003, Mr. Piazza held various positions including Director of Human Resources and Recruiting, Bay Area Practice Director and Director of Operations and Recruiting with ServerLogic from 1997 to 2002.
Mr. Piazza received his Bachelor's degree in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. He currently resides in the Cambrian Park area of San Jose. |

From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Bruno served as the Director of Operations for Intero Real Estate Services with oversight of various departments within the company, including Facilities, Concierge Services, Franchise Services, and Information Technology. Prior to joining Intero, Mr. Bruno held various recruiting positions with such notable companies as Sun Microsystems, Network Associates, MacAfee and Lantern Communications from 1996 to 2002.
Bruno received his bachelor's degree in economics from San Diego State University. He currently resides in Los Gatos with his wife and two kids. |

Mr. Crane has 15 years of experience in real estate sales and mortgage lending.
Mr. Crane.s extensive experience in the field as a top 5 percent Realtor/Broker in Santa Clara County over the past several years provides great experience in leading Intero Los Gatos. Mr. Crane believes that by planning and setting goals, anything is achievable, and he will utilize this philosophy in maintaining a strong branch office in Los Gatos. Mr. Crane joined Intero in 2002 after working as a Broker Associate for Alain Pinel Realtors since 1999. Prior to that, he worked with Intero President Gino Blefari at Contempo Realty, where he was a Broker Associate from 1995 through 1999, and as a Broker Associate for Cornish and Carey from 1992 through 1995. Prior to Real Estate sales Mr. Crane operated a mortgage brokerage business.
Mr. Crane is involved in the Santa Clara University Alumni Association/Bronco Bench and donates to numerous charities, including Second Harvest Food Bank, the Leukemia Society, Sacred Heart, Cornelia Connelly High School and Santa Clara University. Later in 2000, Mr. Wible oversaw the remodel and merger of the Sunnyvale Century 21 Seville Contempo office with the Coldwell Banker office also in Sunnyvale. Mr. Wible was instrumental in growing the Sunnyvale Coldwell Banker office to the point that it captured 42% of the Sunnyvale market share and he hired an additional 42 agents to the original 34 during his tenure. In January of 2004, Mr. Wible joined forces with his lifelong friend, Gino Blefari, founder, president and CEO of Intero Real Estate Services. Mr. Wible took on the challenge of opening the first Intero office in San Mateo County. His accomplishments included recruiting more than 70 agents while overseeing the opening of a state-of-the-art facility in downtown San Carlos. In February of 2005, Mr. Wible was asked to take the reins of the Number 1 Intero Office, Cupertino. Since taking over the helm, Mr. Wible has been instrumental in the continued growth of the Cupertino Office. Today, it is the most profitable office in the company.
Mr. Wible is an avid sports fan, enjoys playing golf, riding his bicycle, skiing and reading. He resides in Los Gatos, California. He is blessed with two beautiful daughters Alyssa and Olivia. Mr. Wible graduated with a business degree in 1978. |

She was Captain of the of the CCS champion women.s basketball team and was also the pitcher for Mitty's Varsity softball team and in 1986 soccer champion Brandi Chastain was her teammate. Mia is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), trained by Barb Schwarz, the creator of the Staging concept and an expert on preparing homes for sale. All it takes to get your home looking better than the competition is a little time and energy, and it usually doesn't mean spending a lot of money. Mia is excited to share these powerful techniques with her students to make them more well rounded agents.
Mia earned her Bachelor's degree from Cal State, Hayward and her Master's degree from the University of Birmingham. She lives in West San Jose with her husband and three children. |

A recognized mortgage banking innovator and leader with more than 25 years of hands-on experience, he successfully built his last venture, LoanCity, from start-up to a $7 Billion in production annually as a national wholesale lender, recognized for its technological and financial sophistication.
Prior to Loan City, Mr. Soukoulis was CEO of America.s Funding Source from 1990 to 1999 and was the founder of Almaden Home Loans from 1987 to 1990. Soukoulis currently resides in San Jose with his wife and three daughters. |
